Yaroslav Shemet
Shemet is a conductor recognised for his orchestra-building leadership and insightful, architecturally expressive interpretations. He serves as the Artistic Director of the Silesian Philharmonic in Katowice and the General Music Director of the Baltic State Opera in Gdańsk, making him the youngest director in the history of both institutions. From 2020 to 2022, he was Principal Guest Conductor of the Neue Philharmonie Hamburg, and in the 2020/2021 season he held the position of Chief Conductor of the INSO-Lviv Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic in Lviv. In the 2023/2024 season, he received nominations for several prestigious awards, including the International Opera Awards (Rising Star category), the Polityka Passports and the Fryderyk Award.
Shemet commands an exceptionally broad symphonic repertoire, encompassing the core Austro-German tradition as well as Central and Eastern European music and contemporary works.

Michael Poll
American conductor and classical guitarist whose work encompasses opera, symphonic, and contemporary music. In 2025, his album with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, featuring Jack Liebeck (Barber's Violin Concerto), and works by David Conte and Byron Adams was released - it was featured on the Apple Music Top 100. Poll has conducted Madama Butterfly, Rigoletto, and Carmen, among others, and is preparing Elizabeth Sikora's Dorian Gray with a libretto by Sir David Pountney. He assisted Franz Welser-Möst in Salzburg. As a guitarist, he has given concerts at the Barbican Hall, Wigmore Hall, and Panama.
He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, the Academy of Music in Poznan, and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama (PhD), among others. He is a Fulbright and Marshall Scholar and is active in the educational initiative SoundingLab.

She studied at the Codarts University for the Arts. During the “Dance & Age” program, she had the opportunity to work with Jiří Kylián, Michael Schumacher, and Sabine Kupferberg. In the same year, she completed internships with the Dance Works Rotterdam and Introdans companies. In the 2011/2012 season, she performed with the Cinevoux Junior Company. She has been associated with the Baltic Opera since 2012.
Since 2018, together with Bartosz Kondracki, she has been creating original productions, including Below Sea Level, Carousel, My Fault, Imago, Ego, and Encounter. In 2019, they assisted Izabela Sokołowska-Boulton in creating the choreography for the opera Thaïs by Jules Massenet. In 2022, they were responsible for the choreography and stage movement for the opera King Roger by Karol Szymanowski, followed by Rigoletto in 2023 and La Bohème in 2024.

He comes from Japan. He graduated from Studio Ballet International in Osaca and the Hungarian Dance Academy. He is a prizewinner and finalist of numerous competitions, including the Grand Prix de Paris, Helsinki International Ballet Competition, NBA Ballet Competition, and Youth America Grand Prix in Japan.
From 2011 to 2017, he collaborated with the ballet company of the Teatr Wielki w Poznaniu, where he performed as a soloist from 2013 onwards. Since September 2017, he has been a soloist of the Baltic Opera Ballet.

She is a laureate of the Międzynarodowy Konkurs Baletowy „Złote Pointy 2016”, where she received the Audience Award, the Best Graduate Award, and the special Instytut Muzyki i Tańca award for the best performance of a contemporary variation.

Milena Crameri
Milena is a Swiss dancer and choreographer, born in Poschiavo, a village in the Swiss Alps. She graduated with highest honors from the Zurich Dance Academy, earning the federal diploma of professional ballet dancer alongside a Matura in Arts.
After performing in a production at the Zurich Opera, she joined the Baltic Opera Ballet in Gdańsk in 2018, where she has taken on a wide range of performances in ensemble and soloist roles, developing her artistic voice within the institution.

She often weaves subtle layers of symbolism into her pieces, moving between neoclassical and contemporary styles. This premiere marks her first full-scale production.
